ParkMobile - Park. Pay. Go.
Ephrata Borough is transitioning from Flowbird to ParkMobile for our digitized parking payment system. This transition will begin in April 2026.
ParkMobile allows users to pay for parking via their smartphone application, web browser, text, placing a phone call, or with coins.
Information on how to use ParkMobile’s payment options in the Borough paid parking areas can be found below.
ParkMobile also provides a video on how to set up and use their mobile app.
Use the ParkMobile App
Download the free ParkMobile app, enter the zone number -29870- select your time, select your vehicle and pay with a card.
Pay By Text
Text PARK to 77223 and follow the prompts. No App required.
Pay at the Kiosk
Use the on-street kiosk, select your time, add your vehicle information and pay with a card or by inserting coins.
Pay via the ParkMobile Website
Visit the ParkMobile Web App at https://app.parkmobile.io and enter the required information to get started.
Pay By Phone
Call the number on the sign and follow prompts.
There are 8 Kiosks located in the Borough's Downtown Business District along East and West Main Street.
Look for the above red "P" signs to locate a kiosk. They are located at the following locations:
- 1 East Main Street
- 16 East Main Street
- 39 East Main Street
- 100 East Main Street
- 107 East Main Street
- 12 West Main Street/1 South State Street
- 25 West Main Street
- 38 West Main Street
What You'll Need to SET Up Your Account
- Mobile Phone number or email address
- Vehicle License Plate Number
- Payment Method, Credit Card or Digital Wallet
How to Setup Your Account
- Download the ParkMobile App.
- Available at the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Create Your Account
- Enter your phone number or email address and create a secure password.
- Add your Vehicle and Payment Information
- Enter your license plate number and preferred payment method
- Start Parking
- When you park downtown, simlpy enter the zone number- 29870- from the parking sign and pay with the app.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Find a Kiosk
- Locate a kiosk near your parking space.
- Enter Your Information
- Enter your license plate number
- Select Your Parking Time
- Choose the amount of time you would like to park.
- Pay For Parking
- Accepted payment methods:
- Coins
- Credit or Debit Card
- Digital Wallet
- Accepted payment methods:
- Take Your Receipt (Optional)
- Keep as proof of payment.
Parking Enforcement is Monday thru Friday from 8:00am until 6:00pm.
Parking is free for the first hour and has a 2 hour maximum.
Where can I download the ParkMobile app?
- The ParkMobile app is a free download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
How do I set up the ParkMobile app?
- Setting up the ParkMobile app is a quick and easy process. First, you create an account with an email address. Then you add your vehicle(s) and payment method(s). Once you have completed those steps, you are ready to start using the ParkMobile app. More info above in the SETTING UP YOUR PARKMOBILE ACCOUNT.
Do I have to download the app to use ParkMobile?
- No. You can pay via text by texting PARK to 77223, via a kiosk, or by visiting https://app.parkmobile.io.
Do I need to create an account to use the ParkMobile app?
- No. If you use the mobile web app at https://app.parkmobile.io, you do not have to create an account and you can check out as a guest.
Can I extend my parking time?
- Yes, you can extend your parking time up to the maximum allowed for the parking spot.
